Telecaller Executive

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.

Experience: 0–2 years of telecalling/telemarketing/customer service experience (BPO, BFSI, or consulting background preferred). Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Description: Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English, local languages are a plus). Strong persuasion and negotiation ability. Active listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism under pressure. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM software, Google Sheets).
