Qualification: Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration/Finance (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in operations, preferably in BFSI/consulting/credit sector. Freshers with strong aptitude and learning attitude may also be considered.

Description: Strong organizational and multitasking ability. Excellent communication (written & verbal) and client-handling skills. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Docs, PowerPoint). Knowledge of financial services/credit operations preferred. Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail. Problem-solving attitude with proactive ownership of tasks.
